Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully handmade and packaged in our Hermosa Beach, California studio.

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days for non-personalized items.

  • BULK Personalized and engraved items: 5–10 business days depending on customization.
    During busy seasons (like holidays and wedding months), processing times may vary slightly — we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available rate and delivery time.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup
If you’re in the South Bay or Hermosa Beach area, local pickup may be available — contact us at info@ardmorecompany.com before placing your order to arrange it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist, but Ardmore & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.

International Orders
At this time, we do not ship internationally through Shopify. If you’re interested in international shipping  please visit our Etsy shop at Ardmore Company on Etsy. Shipping Internationally via Etsy provides buyer and seller protection.
