Giving Back

At Ardmore & Co. , we believe in the power of giving and the joy of receiving. Our mission is to curate exceptional candles & gifts that not only delight but also make a positive impact.

$1 from every Ardmore & Co. candle

No catch, no fine print — just our way of doing some good

When Missy founded Ardmore & Co., she carried her years in healthcare with her — and with them, a clear sense of how much a small, intentional gesture can mean to someone going through a hard moment. So starting August 1st/2026, we made a promise: $1 from every product sold goes back into the hands of organizations doing meaningful work in our community.

What started as a handful of candles poured from a kitchen counter in Hermosa Beach has grown into a collection of personalized keepsakes shipped across the country — and as we've grown, so has our ability to give. We're proud to support organizations that bring comfort, connection, and care to people who need it most.

We partner with programs that:

Bring comfort to patients and families facing illness — care packages, comfort items, and small gestures that make hospital stays and recovery a little less hard.

Support caregivers — the people quietly holding everything together for someone they love, often without enough support themselves.

Create connection for people who are isolated — seniors, new parents, and anyone navigating a season of life that can feel lonely.

All about our community partner

"At Breast Cancer Angels, our mission is to provide immediate financial
and emotional support to breast cancer patients as they undergo
treatment, with the ultimate goal being the completion of treatment with
hope, dignity and respect.
The financial impact of a breast cancer diagnosis on the individual and
her family can be immediate and devastating. Income disappears as
patients reduce or stop working during treatment. Medical co-pays accumulate. Rent and utility
bills do not pause. For low- and moderate-income families, (representing the vast majority of
those BCA serves,) this financial shock threatens the very stability of the family unit. Breast
Cancer is the most expensive condition to diagnose and treat. Statistically, cancer patients
are 3x more likely to file for bankruptcy due to medical debt, and studies show that up to 30%
of women will forego treatment all together due to cost.
Breast Cancer Angels, (BCA), was founded in 2000 by two-time breast cancer survivor Faye
Dietiker who, while undergoing treatment herself, was stunned to witness woman after woman
alongside her in the chemotherapy room being forced to choose between paying for
medication and putting food on the table for her family. Dietiker responded by gathering her
friends and relatives and raising approximately $30,000 to give directly to the women in that
chemotherapy room, and Breast Cancer Angels was born. Since that time, BCA has
distributed more than $9MM in direct financial assistance to over 33,000 individuals and their
families across Southern California."
