Refund policy

Return window
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. 

How to start a return
Email info@ardmorecompany.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) before sending anything back. Returns without pre-authorization aren’t accepted. Unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and original shipping is non-refundable. 

Non-returnable items

  • Custom/personalized products (including engraved or made-to-order items)

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Damages & order issues
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
For the fastest turnaround, initiate a return (per above) and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins on personalized items, we’re unable to cancel. 

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/credit card may require additional time to post the credit.

EU right of withdrawal
For orders shipped into the European Union, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel/return from delivery except for customized/personalized goods and digital downloads, which are excluded by law.
