What shipping methods are available?
We routinely ship gifts nationwide within the USA. Our preferred carriers are FedEx or UPS. If you are local to the Los Angeles area, we offer Hand Delivery service for events and custom design gifts.
How much notice is needed for custom design gifts?
We require at least 4 weeks notice to complete custom design gifts. We do occasionally complete rush projects, please contact us if you have a tight timeline in mind! We'll be happy to try and find solutions.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can you use my corporate logo within the custom design gifts?
Yes! Our aim is to design a gift that fits the aesthetic/ branding of your company. We will work with you to nail down your vision!
What is your minimum quantity for custom design gifts?
Please fill out our custom design gift form and we will try our best to work with your desired quantity.
Do you ship meltable products in summer months?
To avoid any of our gifts being damaged , we do not ship meltable products in summer months. (Chocolate, gummies, some candies)
Why does my candle not have a strong scent?
Our candles are hand poured using only soy/coconut wax and 100% natural essential oils. We do not use any synthetic fragrance. Synthetic fragrances have a very strong scent profile due to chemical engineering. Essential oils are usually much lighter because they are extracted from plants and flowers!
How long do your 8oz candles burn?
35-45 hours
Do you support small business within Hermosa Beach/South Bay area?
Yes! We LOVE our South Bay community and sourcing locally when we can. We encourage small business / vendors to reach out with your collaboration ideas.
Do you offer a discount for First Responders and Military ?
We honour our First Responders and Military men and women. Please use our 'contact us" form to inquire about discounts for certain projects.
