Taking a Pause & Moving Forward with Purpose
After the Christmas season, I intentionally stepped back from Ardmore & Co.’s social media to reflect on direction and purpose. The holiday rush taught me so much—how to refine my gift styling, manage shipping logistics, and the pure joy of running my first 12 Days of Christmas giveaways. But I also realized I was rushing through things in a way that wasn’t sustainable.
January brought some wonderful surprises, (like my very first corporate order!), but I knew I needed time to reassess my processes, purpose, and intentions. And honestly? That pause was so needed.
On a personal note, our family welcomed our new puppy, Moe—7 lbs of sharp teeth and nonstop love! Having our new little fur ball has been amazing but has also solidified my need for slowing down, not rushing through things, and doing things with intention- Moe goes at a million miles a minute and I can get caught up in that energy- but when I slow down and take my time, he does too.
Moving forward, here’s what I know for sure:
💛 Ardmore & Co. will always be heart-centered, built on spreading joy and recognition.
🌿 I’ll continue shifting toward eco-friendly packaging and products—it won’t be perfect, but small changes matter.
✨ Giveaways will be a regular event because giving without expectation is a practice I want to keep.
💫 I’m giving myself space to build, breathe, and connect, both in business and life.
